Membership Form Instructions:
After you have applied and registered with the State , you can then complete the form below to start your application process to become a Georgia Bio Recovery Association Member. ( Fields marked with * are required)
You can obtain State ID Cards for your technicians that provide services in bio-recovery. Georgia Bio Recovery Association insist that to be a member that at least one trained Bio Recovery Technician be on any one bio-remediation site. Each technician can receive a State Photo ID Card with the company’s License number on it. Each technician will receive two ID card. One to wear and another to keep in the wallet or purse.
Association Members: $20 per set of two cards per technician.
Non- Association Members: $60 per set of two cards per technician.
