File a Grievance

This page is designed to protect the consumer from any unfortunate experiences.  Should you have any questions about services we have provided you with a “Information You May Need to Know Tab” (hyperlink please), that outlines many of the concerns as well as FAQ’s you may or may need to know about these specialty service. 

Should you need to file a grievance, please fill out the contact form below.  A copy of this email will automatically be sent to all the board member of the Georgia Bio Recovery Association as well as the Chairperson that oversees the Ethics and Tribunal Committee for the Georgia Bio Recovery Association.

Our goal is to have an answer to your grievance in Two (2) business days.  A copy of your grievance and our investigation will be sent to the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office for their review.
